At Tesco, ‘no-one tries harder for customers’ and ‘treat people how we like to be treated’ are two of our key values and are at the core of everything we do.

We help to live these values by making everyone welcome at Tesco and ensuring that our staff have the opportunity to get on, regardless of their ethnicity, gender, age, disability or sexual orientation.

The Asian Network is an internal Tesco group that aims to attract and develop talented Asians from inside and outside Tesco.

We want to support and encourage more Asian colleagues to develop their careers with Tesco and want to let Asians in the wider community know that Tesco is a great place to work.
