Following on from the events we held in London and Birmingham, at Bradford we asked everyone to pledge what they would do differently as a result of attending the event. Over 180 individual pledges were made on the night by Senior Managers as well as Asian colleagues wanting to progress their careers. Some examples of the pledges made on the night are below:
